1. USAGE

1.1. The App is designed to provide information to send an expiring reminders to our user at 1 month left, last 2 week left and last 2 days left for the expire of the vehicles registration and license. They can add as many as reminders for the expiring to get push notification and emails on the expiration of the vehicles and license.

2.1. The App respects the privacy of the individuals represented and their families. Any personal data shared by the users will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1. All content present on the App is the exclusive property of Golden Save Pty Ltd, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software.

4. USER CONDUCT

4.1. Users are expected to use the App in a respectful manner. Any misuse, including the spreading of false information, defamatory comments, or any other form of disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in permanent ban from using the App.

5. DISCLAIMERS

5.1. While we strive to provide accurate and up to date information, we do not guarantee that the information provided through the Renewal Reminder is 100% accurate or complete. Users are advised to verify information from other sources as well.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. In no event shall Golden Save Pty Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. SUBSCRIPTION PLAN'S PAYMENT

9.1. All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using Apple App Store & Google play Store. In using the Application, the Services, or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Apple App Store & Google play Store terms and conditions which are available on their website.

You acknowledge and agree that where a request for the payment of the Subscription Fee is returned or denied, for whatever reason, by your financial institution or is unpaid by you for any other reason, then you are liable for any costs, including banking fees and charges, associated with the Subscriptions Fee. You agree and acknowledge that Golden Save Pty Ltd can vary the Subscription Fee at any time and that the varied Subscription Fee will come into effect following the conclusion of the existing Subscription Period. It will be an auto-renewal subscription.
